Hotel De Paris - Lyon

Just a decent option for a day tour in Lyon, great for the money. The location is a quick walk to metro. Avoid overly bright rooms if possible.

Make sure to get double room with air conditioning, a very nice bathroom and comfy bed.

It has unbeatable and excellent location and reasonably priced parking, and it's very close to the old town and the buzzing town centre, main sights and attractions and the river and main thoroughfares. There is cafe Loutsa Torrefacteur, set 100 metres walk away.

great location but minor room issues

The atmosphere was inviting and cozy! The check-in staff were friendly, offering insights about the city. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. I felt at home immediately. Others have noted a great location just a short walk to various dining options and attractions.

The mattress was slightly firm for my liking.

I loved how easy it was to walk to the Museum of Fine Arts of Lyon, just a few steps away, and I spent good afternoons exploring Parc de la Tete d'Or, almost a 20-minute stroll. The hotel was perfect for a single traveler like me who enjoys discovering a city's charm on foot without worrying about transportation.

Charming Stay in the Heart of Lyon

I enjoyed my two-night stay, especially the spacious room with lovely street views. The location is unbeatable, steps away from great restaurants and coffee shops. A cozy spot worth returning to!

The Neapolitan pizza at nearby Loutsa Torrefacteur is a culinary dream that pairs perfectly with a stroll to Le Musee for decadent desserts. Plus, the room had great air con to escape the Lyon heat!

The modern art might not be everyone's cup of tea, and while it's fab for that comfy bed and hot shower, you won't want to hang around too long.

Great location getaway!

Just spent 2 nights here and it was awesome! The location is super central, right by great places to eat and drink within walking distance. The staff were really friendly and went the extra mile to chat with us. The air conditioning worked like a charm, too! Just wish breakfast had a bit more variety.

This place suits me perfectly! With great wi-fi, 24-hour security, and a tv, it has everything I need. The friendly staff even helped me with travel tips during my first stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend!

The retro-themed room delivered a unique experience, with vibrant decor that mirrored the 1970s with framed prints and a vintage TV, complemented by a comfortable bed. The location boasted easy access to lively streets and renowned restaurants. Unfortunately, the breakfast was basic, and there was no bath mat provided, which slightly detracted from comfort. The air conditioning could have functioned better, impacting room temperature during the night.

The room I stayed in was spacious and had a great bathroom, plus it was conveniently located near a museum.

The room was new-fashioned with a comfy bed and large shuttered windows. There was a wide range of delicious food available at breakfast. - the hotel's location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, being really close to Terreaux.
